We think about God's light in stars atop Christmas trees or belonging to certain moments or people or places, but that brilliant goodness, that welcoming warmth–it reaches and reaches, quietly illuminating everything, everywhere and in all. I imagine even the fish below winter's ice experience its glow and are reminded again that they are fish and that is good.
